Buckinghamshire Spring Honeycomb

Buckinghamshire Spring Honeycomb

Succulent Buckinghamshire Spring Honeycomb

Delicately crafted by our bees during a fleeting three-week window in April/May, this Spring Honeycomb is a rare and exquisite expression of the season. Foraged from the nectar of horse chestnut, blackthorn, and hawthorn blossoms, it captures the soft, floral essence of early spring in every golden cell.

Last year’s poor spring weather meant we had no honeycomb tubs at all—making this year’s small harvest all the more special. These tubs are now available, while our honeycomb-in-jar option will follow shortly in limited quantities.

Eating honeycomb is one of the purest ways to enjoy honey—full of natural enzymes, pollen, and a little beeswax, which can be chewed and either swallowed or discarded. It’s unfiltered, untouched, and packed with the character of the spring flowers the bees visited.

Enjoy it by the spoonful, spread it on toast or warm crumpets, pair with cheese or yoghurt, or simply eat it as it is—straight from the tub.
